But this morning, the snow looked beautiful piled up on everything. I enjoyed being outside taking photos.
My Yew was bowed down with the heavy snow. The snow had frozen onto the tender branches & I couldn't shake it off.
Later, if had warmed up enough that I could gently shake the snow off. But I had to get into the middle of this bush & shake it. I was covered with snow!
It seems Winter is saying, "Good-bye" & giving Spring a great "act" to follow. I know, I will enjoy Spring's coming. Some of the daffodils' leaves were already coming up in places. Many of the birds are practicing their spring songs. The male Red-winged Blackbirds are already here - they were very noisy in my trees this morning! The Starlings already have their Summer "clothes" on. Before we know it, winter will be a memory!
Snow always makes me think of Isaiah 55:10-11.
"As the rain comes down & the snow from heaven, & returns not thither, but waters the earth & makes it bring forth & bud, that it may give seed to the sower & bread to the eater: so shall My Word be that goes forth from My mouth: It shall not return unto Me void, but It shall accomplish that which I please, & It shall prosper in the thing where to I sent it"
Isaiah 55:10-11.
The Lord bless you!
